RESTORATION

A women's retreat in the Spanish countryside for the woman who is tired of holding everything together

Come to Spain for 6 days of being cared for, nourished, creatively inspired and completely unhurried.

April 18–23, 2027 · 7 women · La Mancha, Spain

Seven spots. Every woman joins after a short, personal call.

What if, for a few days, you didn't have to hold everything together?

You're always on. Giving your all at work, making sure everything you touch is outstanding, answering "I'm good!" with a big smile before you've even thought about it.

You're the one who remembers. The one who organizes, who gives, who takes care of everything, who keeps going, even when you're exhausted.

You've gotten so good at looking fine that the people closest to you rarely see what it costs.

Restoration is an invitation to step out of that role for a little while. You don't need to arrive with a problem to solve or a version of yourself to improve.

You simply get to receive. To be held, nourished, and to rest.

A peek into our week...

Six days on a private estate in Spain's La Mancha — the land of Don Quixote — where the only agenda is yours to ignore.

The Restoration Retreat Experience

You land in Madrid, and two hours later, the noise of your regular life is already behind you.

There are seven of us. No more. Every woman has her own bedroom, her own door to close whenever she needs to.

Mornings start whenever your body wakes up — no alarms here. If you want it, our Professional PT & Dancer Paulina offers gentle movement, breathwork, and dance. If you don't, there's brunch, slow and unhurried, followed by some unstructured time.

Wander the olive trees. Float in the lagoon. Walk the trails. Nap without guilt. Nothing is scheduled unless you want it to be.

Each afternoon brings one thoughtfully planned, experiential offering, different each day. Some days bring a private massage. Others, a tasting of local cheesecake made just down the road, a creative workshop with clay, or a mindful embroidery activity.

Evenings are candlelit and early, around a long dinner table that stays full long after the plates are empty. Some nights end in a sharing circle. Others, simply in laughter that catches you off guard, under more stars than you've seen in years.

This isn't a retreat where you perform wellness for an audience. It's one where, for six days, you finally don't have to perform anything at all.

Welcome to Fuente Taray

Our retreat takes place at Fuente Taray, a beautifully maintained rural estate in the Spanish countryside, surrounded by olive trees, open landscapes, mountains and a natural lagoon.

This isn't a resort where you have to rush from one activity to the next. It's a place to inhabit. To wander. To breathe. To eat. To connect. To rest.

Wide open skies, olive groves, wetlands, and a stillness that's centuries old. The actual plains and quiet villages that inspired the most famous opening line in Spanish literature: "In a village of La Mancha..."

This isn't a generic backdrop. It's one of Europe's most storied landscapes, and it does half the work of slowing you down before you've even unpacked.

We will stay in Fuente Taray, a unique traditional estate closed entirely to our group of 7, with private apartments around a quiet courtyard— the lagoon, the pool, the olive groves, all of it, just us.

Miles of walking trails across the 75.000 m² (18.5 acres) of private land for you to wander. At night, unmatched open-sky views full of stars for us to enjoy without worry.

Food is part of the retreat.

So many of the women who come to Restoration are used to rushing meals or grabbing something "healthy" to go between one obligation and the next, without ever actually tasting it. That changes here.

A private chef works directly with me to design a menu for the week built around local, organic ingredients whenever possible, sourced from farmers and producers close to the estate.

Bread is baked fresh daily. Every meal is meant to be eaten slowly, without guilt and without rushing — the way meals are meant to be enjoyed in Spain.

Included in your stay: a slow morning brunch, a light midday snack, and a sit-down, served dinner each evening. No rush, no guilt, just nourishing food shared along with good conversation.

*Let us know about any allergies or dietary needs when you book, and we'll have everything taken care of before you arrive.

Paulina | Movement Facilitator

Paulina is a London-based professional dancer, personal trainer and Polestar-trained reformer Pilates teacher. She has a degree in dance, and she uses that background to help people move with more ease, strength and confidence.

She believes movement is medicine. Her sessions are welcoming and body-positive, and she focuses on how movement makes you feel rather than how hard you can push. She blends Pilates principles (alignment, breath and whole-body integration) with the flow and musicality of dance, so you leave stronger, calmer and more connected to your body.

Each morning at Restoration, Paulina welcomes anyone who'd like to join with joy, warmth, and gentle movement, helping each woman inhabit her body with presence, exactly as it is.

Fabiola | Host & Facilitator

Fabiola is a US-based holistic mentor, originally from Spain, and the creator of Restoration. She supports women in reconnecting with their bodies and emotions through somatic and breath-based practices, informed by TCM and the idea that the body has to feel safe before it can rebuild.

She built this retreat from her own depletion: years of overachieving across four countries and high-demanding jobs, until her body asked her to stop. Now she helps women step out of autopilot and feel held, often for the first time, so what they share with the world comes from a fully resourced body and heart.

At Restoration, Fabiola hosts from the first welcome to the last dinner, leads the sharing circles, and looks after every detail so the week feels effortless for you.

Come back to yourself

Gather for honest conversations and women’s circles, with plenty of room for laughter and the kind of connection that happens naturally when women slow down together.

Walk along the trails and the olive trees, spend time by the lagoon, discover the surrounding landscape or simply find a beautiful place to sit.

Enjoy local tastings, food experiences and hands-on activities that connect us with the traditions and products of the region—including opportunities to learn about local olive oil and cheesecake production.

Through gentle somatic, breath and voice practices, we'll create opportunities to reconnect with your body and your authentic expression. We'll also have plenty of unstructured time to journal, wander, look at the sky, or do absolutely nothing at all.

How to Join Restoration

Seven spots. Five simple steps. Nothing to figure out on your own.

1. Book a connection call

Pick a time for a relaxed 15–20-minute call with Fabiola. It's a real conversation, not an interview, to make sure this week is right for you and the group.

2. Reserve your spot

Hold your place with a $/£500 deposit, or pay in full and receive 2 private coaching sessions with Fabiola.

3. Book your flights

Fly into Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport (MAD), and land by 1:00 PM on April 18. We take care of the transfer from there.

4. Meet your circle

Three weeks before we arrive, you'll join a Zoom call to meet the other women, so you land among familiar faces.

5. Land, and let go

For 6 days, you don't plan, decide, or perform anything. Just be ready to receive, be held, and reconnect with yourself.

Voices of Restoration

Impactful Retreats, Lasting Clarity

This week, I’ve been able to reconnect with everything I am and everything I used to practice—things I’d stopped doing because of the whirlwind of daily life and that condition called stress (which has us so trapped). I’ve asked myself again: What are 10, 30, or 45 minutes a day of self-care? What do they mean when we have a 24-hour day? What do they bring to me and those around me? Thank you, Fabiola, for these five days. I loved the experience—and it really surprised me.

Selina, La Mancha

This week I've learned how important it is to stop, breathe, feel my body, relax, and take care of myself. Through simple activities, I've been able to focus (which is hard for me), and over these past five days I've managed to do it—and I've surprised myself. Fabiola, thank you so much.
